1. Who you are agreeing with

This website at wreckimals.com is operated by Lucky Dreamer LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. This is a pre-release site

Wreckimals: Chaos on the Loose is in development. Everything here — the release window of Fall 2026, the characters, the features, the artwork and the copy — is a description of work in progress and is not a binding commitment. Content may change, be delayed, or be dropped entirely. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no price is being quoted.

3. Our intellectual property

Wreckimals: Chaos on the Loose, the Wreckimals name and logo, the characters, the artwork, the audio, the text on this site and the underlying software are owned by Lucky Dreamer LLC or used by us under licence, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and share links to this site, and you may quote reasonable extracts for news reporting, review, commentary and criticism with attribution. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, modify, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or use our assets to train a machine learning model, or present any part of this material as your own, without our written permission. Third-party components are listed on the Credits & Licences page and remain the property of their respective owners under their own licences.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• use the site to distribute malware or to send unsolicited messages;
• submit anyone else’s email address to our launch list;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are.

5. Anything you send us

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you agree we may use them without obligation, payment or confidentiality. That is not us being greedy: it is so that a suggestion arriving by email cannot create a dispute over something we were already building. Personal data you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other places

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Dreamer LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you, and nothing here reduces them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the project develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Lucky Dreamer LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
